WHY I BUILT SEEN
I SPENT YEARS PROVING I COULD PERFORM.
For years, achievement, recognition, leadership, and performance played a major role in how I measured myself.
But underneath all of it was a question I had never really answered:
Who am I when the title, awards, recognition, and performance reviews are taken away?
SEEN grew from that question.
Today, the mission is bigger than my story. It’s about helping people separate who they are from what they do.
